This will end up being a "non-material" event adding VERY little to zero earnings or EBITA to Zaio's bottom line. More than likely it will add further G & A costs. Why would ANY creditable company producing good earnings to their bottom line want to hitch their future to a company that has NEVER shown positive earnings and/or EBITA and continually has a tremendous amount of hair around it? My best guess is Zaio has managed to convince a small player within the AMC arena to an all share deal, that has exhausted their own current resources and has little growth potential on their own. Good news is this will provide Zaio with a vechile to enter the AMC arena, I wouldn't bet the farm on a "massive" deal that will immediately add significant earnings and/or EBITA to the Zaio bottom line.

As for an opening price tomorrow morning between 14.5-16.5 cents, I would suspect you need to change the batteries in your crystal ball my friend...lol. I like the enthusiasm though...
