$500,000 LOAN FROM LARGEST SHAREHOLDER - NEW PROPERTYBig money, Hong Kong-based Guilin International the largest shareholder (16 million shares or 36%), lent the co. $500,000 back in early May. I do not believe this will be used for expenditures on the Chilean Cu-Fe property, rather my sources suggest that a new property acquisition has been in the works for several months. I would not be surprised to see a Lithium property transaction go into this vehicle. With an equity market value of a mere $1.8 million, the upside here is in the 5-10X range in my opinion. Today is just the beginning as people are starting to pre-position themselves.
