I would even say whingers about the referral program and other operational issues would be better served to take their complaints directly to the company, or maybe let off steam on Grandpa B's great blog. What good does it do to complain to other shareholders?
The share price has its (almost predictable!) ups and downs, which is why a lot of people love it as a short term trading vehicle. Management, however, is very much focused on the long game. Transacting in gold won't really take off until the last innings of the currency wars, and the point for XAU is to be positioned in the sweet spot when that historic unwinding happens.
Investors (as opposed to traders) would do well to stop worrying about the daily quote, and likewise position themselves accordingly.
