RE:CURRENT DRILLING PROGRAM

RE:CURRENT DRILLING PROGRAM
Bobin,

From what I understand, all of the holes in this drill program will be relatively shallow (ie. 100 to 250 meters deep).  Successive holes are planned to move further and further east for 700 meters along the  Pipestone Bay-St. Paul Deformation Zone (E-W "D2 Structure") until and past the point where the NT Zone (N-S "D1 Structure") intersects it.  So we will get more lateral movement between holes and less vertical exploration to depth.  Based on known geology it sounds like they expect the intersection of the two structures to be about 400 meters east of the first hole they drill.

However, they will probably also be altering their drill program "on the fly" based on either encouraging or discouraging observations/results from the first few holes.
