RE:RE:Brexit and HUDBayobucks, only time will determine if the British referundum will have a positive or negative impact for the Brits and the EU as well as the rest of the World. Regardless, I feel strongly that referundums should not be utilized when complex issues are involved.In a democracy we elect representatives to debate and eventually to reach a decision on significant and complex matters.To do otherwise allows our elected officials to avoid been associated with unpopular decisions and creates a situation where emotions can dictate the outcome.
Obviously, we have different opinions on this subject and we will have to agree to disagree on the the issue. 
The HUD board is certainly not the place to continue this discussion so lets get on with our thoughts and hopes re HUD.
We are in desperate need of an update. Let's hope for an early and positive release.
