RE:so the way I see it...

RE:so the way I see it...What happened with that last letter of intent that they had? A LOI is a useless paper. Sign a deal and bring it to shareholders.

There is no bidding war - there is no offer to out bid.

Why sell now for pennies? Well - simple, HBK is broke. They raise a few hundred K every quarter to keep the doors open. Perhaps we would be diluted to pennies on the dollar by the time anything happens with the LNG projects in the area. If they get a deal RIGHT NOW then TAKE IT! 24 cents a share might be a pipe dream. I remember the days where this was hyped to $1 and $2 a share. Reality is closing in fast.

We do have ton's of product but if no one wants it it is tons of worthless product.

HBK will get a deal for us. After they take out what HBK wants to keep for buying another project there might not be much left.

Also, I hear rumours that shareholders paypad will get squanered on a BS share buyback as opposed to giving us a distribution. If they do a buyback they will destroy thier ability to future financne any projects. People don;t invest in juniors for share buybacks.

Management will be put to the test. We will soon find out what type of team they are.

They received a letter of intent. OK that proves the point so thats great. So what are some of you worried about?  I don't understand the tone.

Anyway, we shareholders will be voting on whether to accept offers not.

I believe it was cinq that suggested a bidding war between the US company that showed some interest ant this Canadian one.   Yeah, we can hope.

What if the fed comes down with a favourable decision and the LNG projects get the green light?  I propose that the Port construction will pick up, the Propane project will be a go and our SP will be clawing back upwards.

These all happen in the very near future, are we so sure we want to sell now?  The dynamic will have changed drastically if those events unfold.  After all, is this not what we got into the game for in the first place?

I bought HBK way back when because they HAVE THE PRODUCT in hand.  Its not like some nutty Junior minor drilling holes in the ground with fingers crossed to hit some gold.

WE ACTUALLY HAVE PRODUCT. TONs OF IT - LOL     Sale or no sale, IT IS STILL OUR COMPANY AND STILL OUR PRODUCT.

best,

 c
