I'm losing faith in this one.

Any thoughts on why they are Incapable of closing the PP?

I don't like the shift from graphite production to graphene processing. Switching stories is never a good sign imo and right now there is a complete lack of clarity as to what's going on. I bought originally for graphite production - might be time to exit into the next move.
