RE:REACTIVATIONFor clarification, requirements for a shareholder (not the board) to call a shareholders meeting are that the shareholder has to show that he has the support of at least 5% of the issued stock. So I need to assemble votes or proxies for 6 million shares (roughly 5% of the issued shares being under 120 million). I have contacted a couple of friends and among us we have a bit over 4 million. Someone contacted me from thesekk bullboards a few months ago who had a million shares. At this point those votes would really help. Once I have the 6 million nobody can stop me from calling a shareholders meeting and hopefully electing a new board and get Strike trading again. With a good management team in place I am confident we can move things along nicely. The Edwards could be one of Canadas great successes according to a review of all previous data on the property by a highly respected structural mining engineer. So please call or email.
