RE:Europe

RE:EuropeI am glad you brought Europe up. As everyone know by now, Poland is a bust. Period. Forget Poland. The problem is that many investors purchased the stock because of the propects in Poland, maybe even Soros, our largest institutional holder, given, he is Polish. BNK sold a substantial part of their crown jewel in Oklahoma to XTO to finance the Poland operations. They also, issued shares at that time to finance Poland. What did we receive from all this, I think you know the answer.

Spain- from the last news release:" BNK is looking for a partner to develop their Spain properties". Funny thing is, that is exactly what they tried to do in Poland, and we got nothing from that ordeal. It looks highly unlikely we will find a partner or develop our Spanish assets.

Furthermore they fired Troy, our VP of European operations, back in January, so there is no one there to run the show.

The only asset we currently have, is what remains in Oklahoma. Let's hope that carries us through.
