Primary Symbol: MXI

The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:Just got in this week.Look at it this way.  As minority shareholders, how much influence do you or I have in the affairs of MXI?  Not much if any.  IMG is just another minority shareholder, and a passive one at that.  They are significant enough to expect a seat at the BOD and have influence there, but otherwise, MXI management gets to choose what, if any, influence IMG has on Karita going forward.

The last PP diluted IMG's ownership of MXI and so will the next one when MXI raises funding for Karita.  It's going to take at least $6 million over the next couple of year to make headway on Karita.  Also, future drilling expenditures on the JV is going to continue to reduce IMG's ownership of MXI.  So IMG is a shrinking owner of MXI.
