Based upon your logic, I take this as excellent news. It is not a huge PP, but rather, an opportunity for management to open the door for "loyal associates" (as you say, friends and family) to get in on the impending action. This is a clear sign that things are going to get hot in the next year in a very good way. Otherwise they would have reversed the timing of the PP. Excellent news. I'm grabbing more on the potential dip.
