Yes - there is previous precedent for shifting medical devices from requiring high level disinfection to terminal sterilization - can't remember example cited. And that although it is obviously not up to TSO3 it was mentioned that 2018 may be the timeframe for more broad and strigent steriliztion regulatory mandates.
