Conference CallThe key word from yesterday's C.C. was re-capitalizating! Looks like a big dilution for present shareholders coming down the tubes before next April. I am guessing about another 50 to 75 million shares will need to be issued to cover the monies outstanding on that upcoming Bridge Loan!
The good thing will be that by issuing enough new shares, the outstanding balance on the Bridge Loan can be eliminated and the overall BV increased to ZERO.
What an excellent time to short!
