So I guess you could say they have to spend another $6-7m (counting other expenses) before they
know for sure if they should continue with Bayovar or fold up shop and distribute what's left of the
cash.

Doesn't seem too bad. Even if they have to fold up, they should have enough cash (including
getting what they can for Argentina) to roughly equal the current stock price.
