Corporate Development

PARTNERING OPPORTUNITIES & STRATEGY

Capitalizing on our team's expertise and successful track records in a wide range of therapeutic areas and modalities, we are actively scouting for product opportunities worldwide. Through this outreach initiative, we are seeking to build strategic relationships through a culture of transparency and a unified vision to rapidly and efficiently bring transformational products to patients.

We will strategically evaluate and seek to in-license/acquire products that meet a stringent set of criteria. We are initially focusing on clinical and preclinical therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer, immune diseases, and targeted rare disease. We are generally agnostic with respect to therapeutic modalities, and will consider a broad range of drug candidates, including small molecules, biologics, peptides, and other emerging technologies.

I guess it hasn't dawned on management to ask the shareholders what they want to do at this point.

perpetuating their overly generous numeration seems to be their M.O. at this point, shareholders are just their unwilling sugar daddies.

where else can execs have 3+ massive fails in short order and keep their jobs?
