Message To the BOD: Sell This Company

Message To the BOD: Sell This CompanyRumours were floating around a few months ago that Blackstone, Carlyle, and Apollo were interested in taking CXR private,,,,,Then Blackstone and Carlyle apparently did not submit a bid in the "final round" of bidding, but Apollo did........Did Blackstone and Carlyle walk away because the company was a disaster, or was it simply because the Board was asking too much for CXR.....?...Was the alleged Apollo bid contingent on things such as the Brexit vote / other....?.......Regardless, CXR is what it is today. I think shareholders may have to wait years for this stock to even approach the $25 - $30 a share range again, and that's provided a competent CEO / Management team s able to sort through the messy debt and gross overpayment for AMCo to bring this company back.....Instead, I think the best move now would be to sell the company to Apollo (or maybe Blackstone or Carlyle if the asking price is now lower) so CXR shareholders can at least recoup part of their losses and move on, and let a private equity firm with the patience and resources needed work towards long-term profitability..........Wonder how low a takeout price CXR shareholders would accept.......?
