Visit TradeMarkia and see that they are in the process of obtaining patents on the mentioned 3 brands. They do not have it as of yet. What blind optimism? The financials weren't great but whose are at this stage? They are doing the right things. Maybe you should look elsewhere for guidance on your decisions and do your own DD if this board is not to your satisfaction.
