Is it their only raison d'tre for the close down NR would be to comfort the impending buyers? Or would their motivation be to hurry the buyers?
We all need to now decide whether this is a good scenario, or a bad. Nothing like doubling ones money on paper to make it look good. On the other hand, maybe our leaders saw we have nothing in MCNA and cut the best deal they could for us shareholders.
Personally, I see value in MCNA. Probably more than this deal shows. However, there may be a time line, where MLI may bury us in slow motion. Their cash and pipeline doesn't look good. In fact, Bioniche looked much better years ago, with much less debt.
