Marquee Energy is well funded?!? Give me a break!

The sentence said that as a result of the combination, the combined company would emerge as a "well-funded growth vehicle".  There is no question that Marquee needed additional equity.  That is why AOS was able to negotiate this deal, which in my opinion, is very favorable to the AOS shareholders.  Incidentally, my opinion is shared by Mr. Mitchell who had access to the confidential information.  It is indeed unfortunate that Smoothwater refused to sign the confidentiality agreement and so was unable to fully appreciate the benefits to the AOS shareholders.
