RE:RE:don't trust smoothwaterSchocor: I see you were asking on the MQL BB who pays a break fee if AOS can't complete the arrangement. How do you come up with such a solid position on what's best for AOS shareholders without the benefit of such basic and readily available information? Especially when the outcome would deplete AOS's cash on hand by about 4.5%? Now take away from the cash remaining after that what a proxy fight would cost after both sides cover their legal and other expenses, severance is paid, a new BOD is installed and paid, (Anyone remember what the hostile take-over by the current BOD cost? Seems to me it was in the millions.), new management is hired and paid to wind down AOS, and you would be lucky to net current trading price from any distribution of whatever cash remains. If you're thinking this deal is going to tank, you may as well sell now at .12.
