IMO It's a mistake to expect news within any time frame because we're unaware of what my be taking place behind the scenes.
Also, IMO it's a mistake (to a point) to invest or not invest in a company because of their outstanding share count because your $100 investment will buy the same percentage of a company whether there's 100 or 100million shares outstanding.
