Altogether, there has been nearly 30,000 shares purchased by insiders this week, worth over a quarter of a million dollars. Very bullish signal for the stock. Considering the large investments this week, it makes me think that Messrs. Tevlin and Berg either believe the 7K camera and the Appearance Search technology will be a big hit or that a takeover is on the horizon. I am contemplating averaging down but I've been burned before.
Nobody's mentioned this but James Henderson, the Senior VP of Global Sales, purchased 6,000 shares in the open market. That makes nearly 36,000 shares (worth about $325k) purchased by insiders within a week. Something is afoot.
