Last year in August/September we saw the biggest jumps in VIX and HVU in a while. Hvu from about 30 to just over 100. That is just over a 3-times increase.
3-times increase from our recent lows, gives you about $12. So nothing is preventing HVU from moving higher than 15, it is just very unlikely.
