And the same logic is applied to the run up in the past month.

FDA approval could have come before the 14th as stated by company. By it not being announced in pre-market allows for such volatility or short opportunity. 

Remain neutral with your outlook as opposed to drawing conclusions. Either position (long or short) is speculative and either position requires calculated due diligence to evaluate the odds.
