Actually decision was made. Vote must take place within 30 days. No later than November 15 and 2/3 vote required for the merger to happen. Smoothwater holds a lot of shares and won't be voting for it. it will take almost all other shareholders to vote for it to happen. It is not looking like it will happen at this point.
