One way or the other the client is going to be spending $ 100 mm via PyroGenesis.

No ron, I think he was quite clear when he stated in the following that the money mentioned was not going to pyrogenesis

it is what the Client is spending on final testing; not what he is giving to PyroGenesis.

Think of it like a pasta machine maker made a pasta machine for a client. That client it going to give it the final test by producing $100MM worth of pasta for their customers. That is the real final test of any machine and has nothing to do in itself with the OEM other then if the machine fails to live up to required specifications.
