RE:where did they go?Aves:
let's have a frank discussion about where all the high profile posters have gone from Agoracom.
...
So why would these posters disappear?
Loaded questions are a real pet peeve of mine. It seems you are implying that when posters don't post, they are automatically expressing doubt. I can only speak for myself, but the reason I'm not posting because I have nothing to say at the moment, and as ITTR said, I'm tied up with family and work. I try to catch up every few days by reading the boards (yes, this one too - although not as often and just for a laugh), but I can't find the time to research new aspects of POET and share.
Other posters are doing a fantastic job in this way, and I'm rather enjoying being a passive consumer of DD.
I'll even admit (and I'm sure it will be to the delight of the unhinged and deranged individuals that seem to collect around the drain of the SH cesspool) that I don't foresee POET surprising us with anything ahead of schedule. I'm not saying it *can't* happen, but I've never seen it happen and there's no reason to doubt that the timeline set by our current management team reflects their best estimates on how long the work ahead of us really takes to complete.
And to be frank, I'm just bored with the speculation about who our partners and customers might be. I'm bored with the state of the industry and the market for our AOCs.
I'm content to wait until such things come to pass.
So why would these posters disappear?

oogee (he did afterall pump peat resources, why stop now cause it's at 2 pennies?)
@aves, do you consider any kind of expression of interest in a stock a "pump"? When I think of pumping, I think of someone trying to stoke interest in a stock (especially to sell to sell cheap stock to a sucker) in order to make money in the short term.
I think it's weird that you call what I'm doing regarding PET, a pump. I made it clear from the beginning that I'm taking a flier on a stock I'm not at all confident about - especially in the short term. My report on the AGM was for the benefit of others like me who are taking a gamble on PET as an unaffiliated derivative play on POET.
If that's pumping, I really don't understand the meaning of the word...
