RE:A formal "Shareholder Proposal" for the meeting or...I would involve the B.C. securities commission also..there are rules on what a PP discount to market can be..usually 10-15% for TSx stocks..so a 3 cent placement clearly breaches those rules and that's why the disinterested shareholders have to vote on it. It clear issuing 3 cent stock should be turned down by the disinterested shareholders. do a rights issue instead.

Such a proposal must be in a form that the meeting can vote about it with yes or no.
And then management must put it on the voting agenda and accept the voting.
Once the scandal action planed by the management this chance is over for ever as the big ones can vote anything they like up or down.
We must stop the scandal produced by our management
now !
Posibility 1)
We try to get a "shareholder proposal" on the voting agenda. In the sense that both proposals of the management are rejected by the shareholders and the board is ordered to find an alternative aproach for financing and selection of the legal company for the planed International Arbitration.
Possibility 2)
We check out for example by asking

...How we shareholders can stop/delay such a short time special meeting which deals with such an important issue of the defacto expropriation of shareholders and a significant material change of the corporations profile compared to the valid prospect from 2009.
I sit in Europe (Estonia) and it makes little sense that I try with my poor English to fight through such things. Can any Canadian start concrete action ??!!!
