Buckle Up!We can no doubt expect cancellation of the October 13 meeting. I certainly hope the power behind this very welcome notice has a plan to replace the board in the event they resign. That is a very real possibility on such a dramatic no confidence display.
If the claim that the board were to be compensated along with the "participants" to stay on board is accurate, and that will not happen, their departure could be imminent. I just hope there is a contingency pan to deal with that possibility so as to maintain continuity. Hopefully, Tenor stays on board as it was probably their demand that the board remain throughout the process.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
