RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:200k bid LeMarcus, if (and I repeat if because i do not know as of yet) todays dump to 18.5 cents was by an insider selling options then you will not know for up to 5 days as per the insider reporting guidelines stated in NI 55-104. That is how long they have to disclose so checking canadian insider at the close of business of a day when you suspect that did happen will most certainlt be fruitless. Again I do not know. I just seemed quite suspect to me that it was a limit dump right to the profit line for the options. We shall see by next thursday if that was just a coincidence or if it was an insider selling options.

PRIMARY INSIDER REPORTING REQUIREMENT
3.1
Reporting requirement–
An insider must file insider reports under this Part and Part 4 in respect of a reporting issuer if the insider is a reporting insider of the reporting issuer.
3.2
Initial report –
A reporting insider must file an insider report in respect of a reporting issuer, within 10 days of becoming a reporting insider, disclosing the
reporting insider’s
(a) beneficial ownership of, or control or direction over, whether direct or
indirect, securities of the reporting issuer, and
(b) interest in, or right or obligation associated with, a related financial
instrument involving a security of the reporting issuer.
3.3
Subsequent report–
A reporting insider must within five days of any of the following changes file an insider report in respect of a reporting issuer disclosing a change in the reporting insider’s
(a) beneficial ownership of, orcontrol or direction over, whether direct or
indirect, securities of the reporting issuer, or
(b) interest in, or right or obligation associated with, a related financial instrument involving a security of the reporting issuer.
