Not Registered under the Securities Act?Ummmmm......by my math even if they get the proceeds and make a $200 million purchase at 5 times ebitda (MT likes to pay over 10 times for less than stellar assets) it would result net flat given the increased interest burden. If proceeds are for liquidity, their screwed but drawing it out longer to keep the salary gravy train going. I can't forsee Nhs regulations not impacting them, but they'd like to think so (heard that before with brexit and competition). Hopefully this analyst tomorrow may have some info on those drugs rumored to be pulled in the UK.
