RE:So Canadians will not be able to join the lawsuit?I believe you would need to have losses of $100,000 USD + to qualify for the lawsuit. So only the big losers will be able to try their luck in court. Luckily mine is less than $20,000....luckily doesn't seem like the correct word there.
