They don't see a winnable case here. Only in the US do they sue for everything and 93% of cases, are either not certified or are , but they lose the case. You have some that win ( like when a guy spills a coffee on his lap and sues McDonald's for it) but for the most part they are just throw a dart at the board and hope they hit bullseye.

Have you checked all of these out? (Not a recommendation, just passing these names of some firms who have actions against Concordia that are on my Bloomberg.) This list is likely not complete, but these firms had indicated their intentions to pursue litigation and may be able to represent you
