The only avenue for any losing long is to turn short and cheerlead the destruction of this amazingly bad case study!

Have you checked all of these out? (Not a recommendation, just passing these names of some firms who have actions against Concordia that are on my Bloomberg.) This list is likely not complete, but these firms had indicated their intentions to pursue litigation and may be able to represent you
