Wild Card?There has been no mention of the World Bank IFC in all this. They are not identified as participating shareholders, but they hold about 10 million shares. They will suffer the same proportion of dilution as us, dropping from about 10% equity in EOM to about 3% if the planned dilution is successful under a yes, or a no vote with the CVR.
My guess is they will probably abstain from voting. Anyone have any info on this? If the board talks them into voting yes or they give the board their proxy, the proposition will pass. Of course I am assuming they are classed as "disinterested".
