DEBT, POOR ASSETS and MANGEMENT THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE
To say that the shorts didn't get anything right tells me you are probably drunk on a Friday night posting here pissed off because you came home from work and found out that the market understands something that you don't.
