If Cinven operators still run Amco division and the payout relied on numbers hitting I would question whether the bar was set extremely low or why they couldn't pay the earnout from cashflow if the numbers they taunted the market with were true. I don't trust management and something smells very bad here or I would have covered and been gone already.
