Hi Pinal. This option hasn't been available for managements friends as it seems you suspect. This debt settlement was price protected before the stock climbed and was for funds made available to the company during its most difficult times when the stock was trading at $.02 and there was no interest from shareholders and investors to participate in supporting the company financially.
