My point on Mr Begic, is that shareholder relations is his MAIN job, and has been since 2008. Mr Jones delegates this to Mr Begic, as he should, and relies on him to do the right thing. Clearly, Mr Begic has failed in this regard. Mr Begic has taken on the aura that he is somebody important, and can treat people like garbage, because he is better than them. A true prima donna. This is the same type of behavior that you see in some physician offices, where the clerk thinks they are the medical professional, and not just a clerk. Of course, this does go back to Mr Jones, in allowing Mr Begic to act this way. There was an old movie from the 80's where the main theme was "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore." PTM is at that point with many of their long term shareholders. Substantive, not cosmetic, changes need to be implemented.
