Hostile Takeover?

Hostile Takeover? As best as I can put together the pieces, large shareholders include Liberty Metals and Mining, Orion Mine Finance, Stratcon, Appian Capitol Advisory, and Russ Beatty. Together, these entities control more than 50% of the outstanding shares. This does not include shares held by management. As a result, there won't be any takeover, unless management and large shareholders go along with it. A takeover may happen, but not unless it is at a substantial premium. Personally, I don't see it any time soon, as they would be selling prior to maximizing the share price.
