Lumber - I remain long this stock because the upside is greater than further downside at this juncture. Management brought this entirely upon themselves - or rather their unsuspecting shareholders - as they were "unfortunately" stopped out at considerably higher prices through their elaborate "one step ahead of the regulators" offshore margin schemes.
The fact is their disclosures have been cryptic and misleading - their trading patterns have not been transparent and forthcoming. The "undisclosed third party" finders fee for unnamed acquisitions were all fodder and fuel for the short thesis. The class action lawsuit against this company will find traction south of the border.
There are lots of accusations being hurled around but MT and the gang own this situation.
