RE:RE:RE:RE:"If you don't like it, leave." Calin RI did the same with RY, though I never sold. Needed to be diversified & love the RY yield. I think RY could hit 90$ by year end. After that, well?? Don't want to increase my exposure to AC anymore since I put 5% of the portfolio into AC in 2012, then it blew up!

i just want to make it clear to everyone that this is not runaway stock. I wouldn't be surprised to even see it dip in the short run. My eye is on their leverage ratios, and if they hit their targets, then divided here we come. So far they are ahead of schedule!
