RE:2 Things to think about??

RE:2 Things to think about??
Let me weigh in and comment, seriatim, - in the order of the two points raised: (a) Michael Philpots - the former VP & co-founder - owns 18.3 million shares as per latest filings. He is the single largest shareholder followed by CEO Alan Stephens with 2.3 million shares. Since retiring, he is no longer deemed an "insider" as he is not an officer, nor holds 10% or more in share ownership. There is no requirement for him to file insider trading report...(b) The "Rayrock" deal is not yet signed and delivered (initial 60 days completion extended another 30 days to Nov. 26, 2016). For all intent and purposes, the deal will likely be consummated as $6 million has been taken out of Coro's f/s showing a net bal. of $3 million cash on hand. Apart from the Rayrock plant, the deal comes with 23.7 ha. covering the "Ivan claims" rom Marimaca to Ivan which is considered a huge asset as apart of state-owned, practically all Chile's mining claims are privately held. It is extremely difficult to explore in Chile, the largest copper producer in the world, as there is no staking there...Coro could benefit from the mini-bull run by Dr. Copper and the expected infrastructure spending in the US & China.
