License is not a big issue. A company has the most potential when they know merger, aqusition and venture capital. This is the right way to thrive and survive. A company like SL, if only knows production, will not survive in the end. Before the legalization debate next spring, ACG is doing the right thing if utilizing more resources to make its platform bigger.
