Proxys Mailed Out 11-18

Proxys Mailed Out 11-18I saw on the Sedar site that the proxy statements were mailed out on 11-18 so we should all be getting them very soon. Items on it: 1) vote for directors 2) vote for auditors 3) vote for reapproval of stock option plan.
With share price where it's at today, for sure a BIG NO from me on the stock option plan!!!! I'm still debating with myself on the directors as I saw this recent PP as a betrayal of long time shareholders. Just my opinion.
