Are you telling me diluting a stock and  borrowing $40 million is good news? Why the stock is up iselementary  because manipulators know there are plenty of suckers to chase when the SP goes up. Now I bet you  the trick works and they make money to the detriment of chasers who would inavriably lose their pants by Friday or later. Unless they are smart enough to make it up with other stock. Not all stocks shoot up at the same time and they do not all come down at the same time.
