Ugly, not enough transparency in the MDA filed on Sedar.  Glad I did not partake in the private placement.  Can't see that being too successful now. Originally it was to close in October.

Stock will be in the doghouse for a long time.  Now I understand why the stock didn't appeciate much despite racking up the new contracts.People were in the know.
