Actually, they are sitting ready to start producing as soon as the inspection is complete. And if you knew anything about producing cannabis oil, you'd know it isn't a long drawn out process. They could literally have saleable oil by the end of production on day 1. And considering that the sales team has been in place and doing their jobs for a while now the sales and marketing part is already well underway. It won't be long for that oil to be sold and out the door.
