RE:RE:Western Potash wants more time before connecting to city's tmo1975, the comments in the news article about the WPX pilot project not starting until 2020, would suggest credibilty to those who feel potash resources tied up by the China and India, are in no hurry to rush into production.
With potash prices at a decade low, why spend billions now on a mine, when you buy on the open market for just about the same cost to produce it yourself?
The potash underground is not going anywhere, so these countries reliant on potash imports can afford to wait, as long potash prices are low, and their resource is locked up.
Currently both of those boxes are checked
