1. Alan Savage, 5,000 shares on Dec. 1 & 2
2. Epicore buy-back, 10,000 shares on Oct 19 & 25

Collectively at .56-.61 confirming insiders see >.61 valuations as bargain price IMO

Because Epicore trades on the TSX-V at such ephemeral volumes, these activities had a curious interaction with SP valuations. I have failed to find activity to account for the Epicore trades on Canadian markets, as reported.

1. a) Oct 19 was the ST low of a steady decline from .70 on Oct. 6, but Epicore's buy of 7,500 shares is quoted at .589, higher than any TSX-V SP that day.

b) Similarly Oct. 25 volume was insufficient to cover Epicore's reported 2,500 shares at .56 and the SP was too high all day, but the previous day's volume and SP accomodates it. Might CanadianInsider have reported the transaction dates incorrectly?

This market still fails to include SP-range and volumes sufficient to account for Epicore's reported activity.

The ST low bottomed at .48 in mid-November. Buyers that day can expect an easy 40-50% gain within a few months, IMO.

2. Mr Savage may well have affected the TSX-V SP with his trades:
His purchase of 3,500 at .61 on Dec. 1 correlates directly with a bump up in SP and volume. and his 1,500 at .58 the next day fed into (for Epicore) feverish trading activity and a small SP retraction that has been stable since then.
